Hello, Has any one dealled with these guys before? I ordered a pair of boots from them at the EDM snow show, was told no longer than 2 weeks delivery to my door. Its now end of Nov. Have tried calling multiple times no answer! Heading to the Hills on Thursday! I guess its good I kept my old boots!

I ordered recon bibs from them at the show as well. And was told 2 weeks tops! Called and called and left messeges with them because my bibs still haven't showed up. Called motorist and they said they processed my order 2 days after the Edmonton show and the gear was being shipped Friday of last week. Gear was back ordered. Would be nice if nicas would answer. But motorfist gave me the answer I needed.

It tried their number but got answering machine and their mailbox is full.I see they have had one problem with the BBB that was resolved.
Maybe make a post on their Facebook page,that might get their attention.
