Hello,
Me and my wife are from Calgary. My wife has never driven a sled and she is riding a yamaha 500 phazer
I rode a long time ago(80's John Deer). I am on a 800rmk. . Looking for a place close to town...within 2 hrs that i can go teach.

:welcome: Enjoy the camaraderie and the banter. :xmas2004_15:

PS I don't know what the snow is like in the foothills so I'll simply say, "Someone will chime in and give you and idea where to go."

Welcome to the site
Cataract creek is probably the closest place to try that has snow.
Maybe get in touch with somebody from the Calgary sled club they should be able to give you information on local riding areas and asa trail passes
