new laws for side by side

has or does any one know the law for utv' s on crown land? and/or where would a person find out? main ? is are they going to be banned along with
the jeeps and muding trucks.

Side by side do not fit the difinition of an ATV, so yes they can be easily excluded from some areas. However side by sides don't nessecarily fall in the same catagory as Jeeps and mudding trucks. To exclude trucks and jeeps areas need to be close to On-highway Vehicles, which a side by side is not.
