I has just gotten my first sled a 2012 Expidition 600 e tec. 20x 154x 1.25 track. Now I have to find snow to use it.

you can pull small houses with that..friend of mine had a older version Skandic wide track with a 370 fan and pulled a track setter for cross country skiers with it for years.

Couple things to check. See if the sled came with 383 belt. If it did exchange it for the 377 as the 383 will not take the heat. You may have to install different primary spring as the 2011 had a 70/170 and will not hold RPM.The 2012 might be different.

If you plan on using it in heavy deep snow the clutching isn't great. I have geared mine down with 7 tooth drivers and did afew other things to make it work like it should.

These things are made for touring on groomed trails is what it seems as they will go over a 100mph on hard pack.

This is my first sled. I haven'tidden in 40 years. All new to me. I hope to some trail and off trail stuff. I don't want to be shoveling if I can help it. We will see how the newbee does lololo

Went out for my first ride today. Half way between White Court and swan hills. A good foot of snow never be tracked on. Learned a few new tricks. Had a blast . I have so much to learn o well that part of ther fun

Here my expidition in Blue River last weekend, took the wife and I up to the top in 4 feet of pow... love that baby... about 7 good stucks and we made the alpine... broke trail and everything.... with 2 of us... IMG_1872.jpg
