need tips fellow mechanics, 08 skidoo tundra 300f

I just totally rebuilt this 300 sled, crank, head, piston, it's just a single carb, single cylinder motor, I fire it up and it starts and idles great, soon as I rev up engine she spits and pops back through carb then dies. But one pull on rope and runs great again. I did clean carb and I will do it again to be sure but IM thinking it's not carb but could be wrong.. Thanks guys

muffler is not plugged ' maybe a rag ' have seen this before

No exhaust is clear.... Ya it idles nice, but soon as i rev it up she starts spitting back through carb.

Could it be an ignition or timing issue?

Hmmm. Well it is possible, around flywheel this sled has 2 pickups, and there side by side, I wonder if I happen to put them in wrong spot, why would they have 2? But I will try switch wires, but the pickup spots would be like at 8 and 10 on a clock like around flywheel, if I did mix up would the machine even idle?

I am not sure what that will do. Just thought it might be a timing issue due to the pop back. Might want to get some more info before switching wires.

The trigger at the 9 o'clock position is for the RER and the one at 11 o'clock is for forward and timing. Here is a link for you regarding a Tundra RF300. I don't know if the 300f is the same but suspect it is. Good luck! They sound like a cool machine to have.
