Hey guys, I'm doing some work on an '05 Outlander 400 and have hit a bit of a wall. It has a very bad idle hang and I've tried the simple fixes (check for air leaks, clean carb, adjust the pilot screw) but I've had no luck eliminating or even improving it. I think the next thing I have to try is adjust the valves but my wonderful service manual I got from BRP has no information on engine work in it, only how to remove the engine. If anybody has an engine manual and could tell me the correct procedure for this it would be much appreciated. I've plenty of valve adjustments on bikes before so I'm not totally green to this but I could use info on this engine like clearance specs, tightening torques for the valve cover bolts, etc. Thanks for any help you can give me.
