Hello All. i have joined the site as i have a few toys and one recent acquisition requires some repair. Similar to another thread I followed on here, the 1997 ski doo formula 583 liquid had the brake left on and the heat from the brakes melted the corrugated sleeve around some of the wires but left the wires ok, but the big problem was that there is a melted pinhole in the oil tank.
i have located a couple of tanks to replace the old one, but cannot for the life of me find any info on how to go about removing the tank and replacing with the new to me one.
anybody have any directions i could follow here?
