So prior to me working on the old girl it had new pistons put in because the pto side melted down. Now these are the Chrome lined cylinders so they can't be bored from what I understand. I was told to use muric acid to clean the pots however I am now not sure if these marks are in the chrome or if that is melted piston on the chrome. Any ideas would be great... compression was reading about 90psi on both sides before I took her apart so I am also not to sure why the good side is reading low compression...
