Need help locating a thief.

I have a friend who bought a used turbo off a guy in Canada and it has turned into a mess. The guy wont answer the phone, return calls, send the turbo or send his money back. We would like to get an actual address for this guy so we can proceed with collection. Any help would be great. The thief's name is Regan Graham from around Elk or Elk Piont. The address is weird. He gave my friend an address of 42C #10 Elk. His cell phone is 780-214-7215. I think we have exhausted our resources of tracking him down. This is a link from Snowest about all the finer details.

Sorry to hear about the deal falling through with the Turbo. 780 is area code for Alberta I believe, I live in Northwest Alberta, Grande Prairie which is across the province from Elks Point..

I've been scammed large amounts of money through the internet in the past, if I was closer to Lloyd I'd do further investigating.

we had the same kind of problem we saw a newer dragonin the trader and cald the guy. he was in edmonton but the sled was in montreal he said he could ship it. he shipped it and gave us a tracking number turns out it was a false trucking company and the serial number matched a completly different model...

I posted this on snowest too as i hate seeing honest people getting ripped off!! I buy on ebay, snowest and snowandmud and so far so good for me, but i could have been this guy too as i have sent certified cheques for stuff in the past.

You Know chance's are there is no sled to be had. If it were me, I would call the cops in lloyd and have them charge him.

Alot of this takes place over the net, espically on kijiji.
It's kind of a warning to everyone, you should be very aware of sending money for somethin like this. I always ask to set up a time to see the sled even if I have no intention of going to see it, and if they say it's somewhere else I will make up a false friend from the place where the sled is and try to set up a time. In most cases they will cut off all contact because they have nothin to show you.

Good luck with gettin your money back though.

I do have a cousin in lloyd, I'll give him a shout to see if he has heard of him.

Ya I had my field saleman across the hallway in his office on the phone with tellus reporting a stocker this morning. LMFAO!!!

Sorry to hi-jack this thread. I hope this shmuck gets found and gets a turbo installed in his azz. Have the funds been cashed? Can the banks track this down at all? Good Luck
