Need help guys with thumb warmer wires

Ok I have a 2008 xp and busted off the throttle (dumbass) any way the one that was on there was 2 wire 1yellow 1 brown. We'll skidoo in there wisdom have updated to a new part number and they are 3 wire .1yellow 1 brown 1 brown with yellow writing on it .
question do I just join the 2 brown together as there is only 2 holes in the electrical plug

yup twist them together works normal

The problem is you have an x model and standard model heating elements, take an ohm meter and see which one has the higher resistance, use that wire
