Only been quadding at Alder Flats one, seemed tp be a lot more water and alot less skeg than medicine lake. Although if you know your way around and what trail leads to what at medicine lake you shold be fine.

Lots of the holes at medicine lake (not all) have the "wussy" trails around the deeper parts that a lot of the 2 wheel drives take.

I would suggest having more than holeshot tires on if you go there though, and you can't be afraid to work a 2 wheel drive HARD to get through, but it is doable. I have taken my Odyssey out there in years past and had a blast, but at the same time beat the h*ll out of it, you gotta hit the holes hard with it to make it through.
