Mechanical reverse light

Hi

On a 2002 RMK It has a light for reverse. Is it possible to make this light work from the wiring harness by the headlights?I see there is two plug ends not been used.

Are you talking about the light in the gauge cluster for reverse? I don't understand what you are trying to do.

Yes the light in the cluster.Put my sled has the mechanical reverse I guess the light is a option for electronic reverse.

Yes you are correct. I have the Electronic reverse on my 04 and this light does come on when in reverse. So you want the reverse light to come on when the head lights are on.

listen here HIGHFLY you really thing that is what i am asking. Why in the hell would I want the reverse light on when the headlights are on.

Not really sure what you are trying to do that is why I asked. Do you own a multi meter? Do you know how to use one? Never mind, have fun figuring it out on your own.........
