You guys don't understand Liberals. They will sell it to our indigenous people for a profit and they will pay with the money we give them. Then they will run it into the ground with no maintenance and then we will buy it back for way more than its worth.

When they dropped the snowmobile rates on hotels and the price of sleds hit the above $10 G mark i shut down my 14 year stint of bc sledding...

Now I do lots of local stuff keeping my funds in check,,, and found all kinds of new places too explore with in our 150 too 200 mile squre...

From Albeta Smokey Mountains

Massive mountain climbs locally

Taking in life losts alot more

And finding spots too hide away from humans

Yuppers
Travel less distance
See and spend more time locally
Save funds
Travel more locally
Biking,,, fishing,,, hiking and bon-fire lunches...

There is alot too see locally and save funds at the same time...

Sledding less is in the head also. Hard to make riding a priority when the worlds gone to ch!t and all my friends have been poisoned by the govt.
top it off with a massive increase in costs.

I'm on a pause for sledding, the cost increases on everything plus a young family make it nearly impossible to do. Sold my T3 a while back, and while I would love a new G5, the $24K tag plus $1000+/weekend riding is a no go for me. It sucks but the days of 10K sleds and cheap fuel/accommodations are over IMO.

Big fuel tank + hauling some extra has meant I have ridden 20 days this season and not paid one cent of BC fuel tax. My average is right around 1.45 for diesel and 1.40 for premium through the season.

The accommodations seem to have gone up a fair bit all over though.

Have a number of past workers and buddies working that as inspectors and it’s completely out of control for mismanagement .
They have been on it for a few years and people have no idea how messed up it really is .
Government and third party engineering firms getting rich for sure .
