mackenzie riding conditions?

Just wonderin if anyones been ridin this area recently? Thinking of headin out that way on March 7th. Probably a six or seven hour drive from Edmonton, and dont really feel like travellin that far ta ride hardpack. Any replies would be appreciated

I work with a guy that lives in mackenzie and he told me today that the powerline from mackenzie to honeymoon creek is mostly clear and what snow is there is hardpacked and you can walk on it with no problems.
Not the best spring conditions.
