Have a 2013 1100 turbo that cuts out when climbing. Only does it going up. The machine will cut out for a second very sporadic. My dealer and Artic Cat can't figure it out. Really getting sick of this problem wondering if anyone else has had this?

Could it have anything to do with the rev limiter & light on the clutch weights ?

It's all over map will do it at half throttle 3/4 throttle. So kinda ruled out rev limiter.

Does you sled have a tether cord? Mine will cut out under load once in a while. If I redo my tether and give it twist and set, the sputter goes away.

Yup has tether for roll over valve. It did give me trouble once so my dealer put a new one this fall.

Just a guess but I remember hearing troubles with the oil tank Senceing low oil and shutting down. On a steep hill after a bit the Machine thinks there's no oil and shuts down dew to being tipped to far up. New yamaha vipers had this problem too. Four strokes ugh.

The oil tank issue applies to the Yamaha, not the Cat. There are different style "smart valves", install one of the rear ones in the center below the pump, and use the forward center unit on the rear. There are other possible causes too, but this is where I'd look first.
