looking for a trail

hey im planning a run with a buddy this weekend and just trying to save some time and gas here by asking if anyone knows or has a trail map of a way to get from alberta beach (lac st anne) to lake isle im thinking of following the river but i havent been around that area before and not sure where to go and where to stay off any help would be great

Stop by Ecko Marine, they have trail maps,open 7 days a week.

I'll be riding there Saturday.
