Well Folks a great winter season is over and let the mud start flying.

Just a few things to help the new quaders in the area.

County Bylaws at the cabin area have been updated so save you having to pay education tax.

Helmuts are required to be worn on an ATV in the cabin area.
Speed limit on the pavement is 30 kmh
Reg. and Ins
There is the normal regulations from the ATV act that will apply aswell

Believe it or not the bush will be dry in a few weeks so be cautious with the muskeg hanging on your exhaust, we don't want to start any bush fires.

The ice is clear of snow so it will be getting thin around the edges, use caution when using the lake. Please stay off the north end creek.

There is a gravel crusher working at the county pit so becareful at that location, i am sure there has to be a huge hole in the area, they have been crushing all winter.

Have a great riding season at the lake
See you on the trail

Hi Folks

Well Long Lake is living up to it's reputation, the trails are great, the muskeg is as juicy as I've seen it in a few years, Oilboy and I were out last week and had a great ride. The muskeg is frozen about two feet down but this week is going to heat up the ground and make it bottomless.

The bush is really getting dry so inspect your exhaust for smouldering muskeg, it will keep our area forest fire free.

Riding on saturday so see you on the trails

The neighbour and I did some trail clearing today north of block 15, a little easier to get through there now. Made our way up to the steel bridge after the clearing was done, the mud is getting goood, if your coming to the lake this weekend bring your quad and a smile.

see you
