Who has some experience with these gauges. We are tuning two BB in the morning and I'm looking for some numbers to shoot for and stay away from lol Any hands on input be great help . Thks

Fyi 09 and 10 XP one with 860 and one with 880 stage 2 Micku .
Depends on your probe placement etc. If you are running leaded race or av gas don't expect to get a full season out of a probe. My sled ran at 13-15 generally, with 15 being where the EGTs really started spiking, between 13 and 14 the EGTs stayed pretty consistent. I know the 4 stroke guys were appalled when I told them that because they were running 11 and 12 a/fs.
Place some tape over the gauge until you do plug checks and only then take the tape off and correlate it to the a/f reading on the gauge. Dont try and tune the motor to the a/f readings. Depending on where in the pipe and if your probe is on an inner bend or outer bend in the pipe and at what orientation to the 12 oclock position will all determine what your sled reads.
