Kaslo/Ainsworth area

Anyone from the Kaslo/Ainsworth area up for touring a rookie to quadding around the area?
I'm staying in Ainsworth at my parents place. Dad picked up a Polaris RZR 800. I'm here until Friday. Hoping to get out and learn some trails. But like I said new to the ATV so something simple and relaxing.

Don't think you can go far as Snow patches are down low still. Best option is go north of kaslo and ride the Duncan lake area, it's down so beach riding should be good, just don't get stuck in the muck. Logging is ongoing so be aware of trucks on that road.
thats about the best area to ride right now up your way.

We attempted to get to loon lake today. Didn't get very far. Road is washed out.
