I thought that about volcanoes for years, but when I looked it up, the average volcano didn’t seem to have the huge effect that all the internet memes seemed to say.

That said, I can’t remember where I looked it up

You are welcome Doug. To answer your question, its simple, the politicians know the truth but they have run out of fresh ideas to get money out of pockets so this is their new propaganda agenda to omit facts by simply ignoring them. I get the earth is going thru some changes but not because we humans are 100% to blame.

Thanks Dennis. I ask myself the question, why can't reasonably educated people see this? I mean, someone has to start giving their head a shake.

Sorry fellas LID is correct, humans release way more than Volcanos, nearly 65 times more

What is snopes the end all be all of sources around here?

That being said I have no clue how much co2 a volcano produces. I do know that we breath it out though and plants breath it in.

Dope farms add co2 to the air because plants love the chit.

So which one is fake news??

Snopes has made mistakes before and I tend to believe the professor. Is it because I want to believe him or is it because it makes sense?

I found numerous sources that debunked the professor and you can too with a quick google search. Snopes goes so far to call his work widely discredited. I really liked the volcano theory, logically it really resonated with me that's why I looked a bit deeper.

Im not a fan of snopes at all, but the volcano theory easily could be false. I've seen some conflicting reports on it too.

CO2 isn't a problem though at the levels we are at now from my admittedly limited knowledge of the subject.
