Hey Gang - sorry we did not reply earlier. Best Kept Secret in the Rockies! We did so many renovations and improvements in one year that we were told to put a price tag on it. Business is great & we are open all year round now with weeks booked each month into August already. Bridgegate (billion dollar development featured at least twice on front page of Calgary paper) is going in 3km from us at Crowsnest Lake, Southmore ski in ski out condos with River Run, Ironstone, Kananaskis Wilds and Sawback Ridge developments just to name a few already in progress in Pass and new golf course in Sparwood (both 10 mins away). We are now the only resort with direct access to trail & being located where we are we are out of the wind, property taxes great and property is unique in zoning for more than one kitchen. Lots of property for sale but only one house allowed often. We have plans for a new log cabin to replace our singlewide this year.

We are continuing with developments & improvements & with each the price will be updated to reflect that. This property is irreplaceable as a family compound which many are looking to purchase and create a legacy in the last bit of affordable Rockies property left. I think of it as the "family cottage" properties along the lakes in Ontario that get passed down through generations because they are irreplaceable. Until someone makes us an offer we can't refuse ...we're playing as much as we can out our back door!

Ironstone has been built, River Run is being built and Southmore, Kananaski Wilds and Sawback have broken ground. When Bridgegate was announced a flood of buyers lined up down the sidewalk at real estate agencies in town and bought up 2-3 little old mining houses on spec. You used to be able to get a house for $30,000 - now you'll pay $190,000 for that same property. 2 acre bare lots behind Frank are mostly sold out @ $280,000 each. The Kimberley, Radium, Fernie development is moving down hwy 3 and has arrived at Crowsnest Pass.
