I just wanna ride

so this morning went out for a ride..barely it would rev up to 3800 rmp and bog and wouldnt climb anymore then i would crack it again and it would go till i slowed down but when i go to get back on the throttle it would bog and it would do it all over again can anyone help me

first question how did you get the clutch to engage at only 3800 rpm? next is it flooding? old fuel? not getting fuel? mouse nest in air box? or exhaust? how well is it idling? need more info.
