How to trouble shoot passenger hand warmers

Just wondering were to start troubleshooting passenger hand warmers on a 2011 skidoo grand touring sport 550f. The drivers hand warmers work great but the passengers don't seem to work at all. There is a switch for hi or low settings but they don't work no matter where the switch is set to. How can I test them to see if there burnt out or just not getting power.

My guess is the elements are done, try replacing the elements. You could always unplug the power wires at the warmers, stick your meter in the wire and see what it reads. But i'd put money on the elements.

I will pull the switch apart and check for continuity on the elements and see what I can figure out.
