Hockey Jersey Framing

Hey all,
Little of topic but was wondering if anybody had any ideas on where to get a hockey jersey framed where both sides are visible. Only ever seen a video of one done but have had no luck tracking down who did it. Vid below attached. Any help would be awesome. Thanks peeps.

Michaels the craft store does framing, in sure they would have an idea. They do good work.

I've taken the time to do some research on this. I haven't contacted any of the businesses but there appears there is nobody doing rotating jersey frames other than the one listed by polarice.

Lots of framing companies but none of them list or talk about a two-sided rotating frame.
