my sled rear suspension is sucked right down, any input would be appreciated

I'm guessing your springs are toast.

Your shock is bagged most likely.

Torsion springs could be worn out. Just replaced both of mine

well this morning i took a blow dryer to it and it acuallty came down, my personal thought is that there is water in there, but i have no experience with shocks lol

It sounds like you nailed it with water in your shock, but if you didnt get the measurments right when you put on the 3 inch drop brackets, that will put your susp. out to lunch too.

ya but it was fine last year maybe a o ring cracked
