Help quick! M8 clutch weight

I just swapped my primary weights and to move super nice and one is kinda sticky? Is this bad or normal? The rollers are all fine.

Make sure you have your set screws in the weight seated in the dimple on the bolt, and not off to one side making the weight rub. And it could be the orings that are holding it

also make sure that there is a o-ring on both sides of the bolt and that you didn't over tighten the sticky one
