Hi, i have a yamaha viper 700 triple. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to cool it. The sled tends to run hot when riding on hard trails or poor conditions. I have heard of ice scratchers however i never heard anything good about them. So i was just wondering if anybody heard of some ideas for a viper.

The issue with a yamaha viper over heating is the main coolers are on the underside of the running boards, with a small cooler in the rear. If your a trail rider you need to make the snow flap hang out farther to try to get more snow in the tunnel to cool the rear cooler. or install a larger rear cooler.\
And install some running board ice scratchers to spray some snow on the running board coolers.
don't waste your time with a head unless you do other mods like pipes and are looking for performance gains.
