heated grips

whats the best way to remove heated grips so i can reuse them on new bars. 03 800ho zx.

I have had luck with a heat gun and some patience. Just heat them up and peel them off slowly.

I had no luck removing them. I damaged the heater lines. Installed a set of Hotgrips on the bars and they stay there. Now I can remove just the grips and they are much warmer. I run with no windshield.

Fire the sled up, put the grips on high, rev the sled up a little to get em hot. and start pulling and twisting. Worked for me before.
