Installed a set of Hotgrips on the bars and they stay there. Now I can remove just the grips and they are much warmer. I run with no windshield.

Click to expand... Fire the sled up, put the grips on high, rev the sled up a little to get em hot. and start pulling and twisting. Worked for me before.
