Hard starting polaris

I have a 1996 polaris Indy and I have a problem with cold starting. when it is in a heated garage it starts on the first pull . When it is outside it takes forever to start. It has a nice blue spark and it appears to be getting plenty of gas. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks Jerry

intead of shutting it off with the kill switch or key, put your choke to full choke and it will stop the engine running, should help it start easier when cold.

Any chance of water in the fuel line causing the carbs to freeze?

Thanks for the help. I found out the problem. This machine cannot be started on full choke.It can only be started on half choke as it will flood on full choke on the first pull. Once again thanks, Jerry
