Leaving Vancouver on highway 1 yesterday traffic was bumper to bumper at 100-110kph. As I pass a semi that is ONE car length behind the small car in front of him I notice he is driving with one hand on the wheel and has the phone to his ear with the other hand. WTF...he was so close I’m not sure he knew the car was there.
