Anyone buddy ride Gorman lake lately ?

Old thunder valley should be rocking and rolling with all this heat saturation on those big slopes. Prolly a good place to avoid?

This picture speaks volumes!!! I shut it down early due to crazy Amazon temps and low snow. In a typical year I always ride gorman or the mines on May long weekend. And when I do ride Gorman I have never seen open water like that, either snowed over or the edges are turning blue with some puddle skipping. Open water typically does not happen till the end of May or even early June some times.
