That's a Kuny's bag from Can Tire. I got the same one and was going to mount it there buy was worried that the weight of the tools on that plastic guard would break it off so I keep it in the 'heated glovebox'. The bag is perfect for a pair of pliers, a torx set, a flashlight, lighter and a utility knife. It's already come in handy a few times.

I stole the tool bag idea also. I put some extra rivets in the belt guard just to be sure. It would be bad to have that bouncing around in there. Great idea.
