in my expierence gearing down is the way to go not up. Try a 46 or 47 bottom, it makes a big difference.

I am pretty sure stock is 21/45, if you are running 19/45 I think you are good to go. I had an 04 REV and now have a 07 REV, and I regeared the top gear on both to a 19 tooth, makes a huge difference when climbing in the pow. Keeps the rpm's up there, allowing you to hold your track speed. I also had the thundershift heavy hitters on my 04, dam near tore my arms off when I pinned it.... Go see TurboAl at the SledShed in Revy, he'll set you up.

The 04's come with a 19 top gear because they ran 10 tooth drivers whereas the 07 come with 9 tooth.

yes i agree with the 04 to 07 set up cause i had both....... my 04 cause of the 10 tooth drives the 19-47 was king..... then when i did the transplant 07 track-drivers which are 9 tooth and the 800r the 19-47 was to low and trenched real bad..... but it went like stink and pulled hard.... but the top track speed suffered..... so as soon as i get here out i am going back to the 19 -45....... stock on this sled is 20-45......
