I've just got some old **** jimmy rigged on there for now, to try and keep the belt temp down a bit, What's everybody else runnin? they've been out long enough now, was thinking we'd see more options available for venting. Tried several different dealers and no luck, on the old World Wide Web i see some random ones down in the states and the menztoys out in BC but can't find much in AB. If anybody is running something they like or knows where to find something local to central AB please share. Or even something that can be shipped quickly.

I had some old honey comb grills so I cut some holes in a panel I broke (Ya I'm not gonna even bother starting a thread on that......lol) and covered the grills with some screen.
No center rib on left grill as that's where the hole/crack was.
Will see how it works next trip.

Don't look like much but made it out of old parts just layin around. Cut holes to fit the parts.......and cracks in panel not to look pretty....was going for max opening size.

I only have the top of the panels vented as I've never liked venting much lower that rides in the snow. No snow ever sits on these, they are always expelling enough heat to keep the vents free and melted. I Put them on very close to one of my trips and didn't get a chance to powder coat, might be a offseason project if I keep this machine.

I am running all the clutch side vents and the shock tower vent from Xtreme Vents, very good quality and look great. Also put on the HD intake vents he sells, very good quality as well. Super good guy to deal with as well!
