Full Lotus Manufacturing -, you won't find a better built deck, with more features then a Full Lotus deck some of the exclusive features to the FLM line of decks are:
-100% tig welded, every weld on our deck is tig welded
- Height and position adjustable legs, unqiue leg design allows for the legs to be placed anywhere under the deck, not just two positions for short and long box. This comes in handy if you have a boxliner or something else in your box that would get in the way of the standard locations.
Also with the height adjusting legs it allows 10" of height adjusment, so you can either lower it down to the truck or raise it up over a tool box etc...
- We use a 3/4" textureized composite plastic for the decking, not ply-wood
- We use 2" x 2" cross members, we have 6 that run the length and 6 that run the width of the deck
- All of our decks come with 3 superclamp tie in points so if you are carrying one machine you can carry it in the middle.
- All of our decks have telescoping sides
- New for 2009 clear L.E.D markers with amber and red diodes
