How many sledders out there run a 2nd inline fuel filter in between the carbs and the fuel filter in the tank?. Would this cause any problems?, thanks for any feed back. I would like to install a 2nd one to eliminating any chance of debris getting into my carbs.:Snowmobile1:

I run one in between the tank and the fuel pump, a little work now saves a lot of work later, and change it at the begining of every season.

After a burndown close call on my EFI Cat I now run a filter between the tank and injectors. I had a little piece of rubber go through and lodge in one of the injectors. Caused a major lean condition which I caught just in time! Went to C-Tire and looked for a simple automotive type that only had a mesh screen in it so as not to reduce fuel flow much. Ended up using a Honda one I think. Fit right in line and was only a screened type. Works great.
