Hi I have a friend coming from Saskatchewan to quad with me in Nordegg. What would he need for using it there? Like ins or registration?

I think Out of province guests don’t have to follow local rules as they need to follow rules from their home province. In sk u can’t get a plate for a atv but u can get liability/ comprehensive insurance.

Here’s the law. Basically if it’s legal to run on crown land in its home jurisdiction your good to run in Alberta. But only for up to 30 days.
