Best Pre Christmas Snow in years. Places up on Stoney mountain almost waist deep. Trail is not considered open due to still some blown down trees to remove. Trail is ridable, just not yet groomable. Will post when area is groomed. Anzac trail has been groomed, but needs it again due to the number of riders. Hopefully we will get the groomer out in the next week or so. Lots of snow, and snowing daily. Will update. Cheers, Dare

Lucky for you guys! get out there and put some miles on. How come you can't get people to clear the blown down trees from the trail????? With that much snow you would think that the trees would be cleared in no time! Take advantage of the great conditions... clear the trails and ride.

Still snowing in the north. Repairs to the groomer are complete. Anzac was groomed last week. Lots of use by both sleds and "wheeled" ATV is causing the trail to be be beat up quicker this year. We are training extra groomer operators to help out this problem.

Stoney trails are clear, and the southern muskeg is finally frozen enough for us to groom. Too much snow for decent frost up til now... can 't believe too much snow is a problem. Trail will be groomed for the rally on Jan 27th. Trail passes required. Day passes available. Last reports are snow waist deep south of our trail system. Anyone venturing off trail, better have a GPS and extra fuel.

Thickwood trail system on hold for this year due to industrial pipeline construction on our PNT.

Will post on both updates on this site and

The snow is so good up here I am scared to let the info out. All the trails are groomed, and except for one small section that is being used by the oil patch for a road for another 2-3 weeks, they are in great shape. Cheers, Dare

Conditions are great, lots of snow, trails groomed, weather is warming up... only one small section on Anzac trail now a road for the next 2-3 weeks while part of the oil patch does some core work... then back to us, if snow left... the rest of the trails are in excellent shape, and will be groomed in the next couple of days again. Cheers, Dare

2-3 inches of fresh stuff today, just after we groomed the Anzac loop. Stoney conditions fair, holding up pretty good since the last grooming. Rail trail will be done tomorrow if everything works out okay. LOTS of snow in the cutlines, have not heard from the river runners, but my guess it is sweet. May have to make a run to the falls this weekend. Ride safe everyone, and for those that are vertically challenged, RIDE SMART.... Wes, if you are linked up, get well buddy. Cheers, Dare
