Glen, we need to get Darryl and his crew to take a ride on the access trail from the top of the pass, through the recently opened up trail, and to the river next season. See what more needs to be done for sledders, "from our side".

We finally came in from the Elkford side today, the trail needs a lot of work, from brush cutting to actual trail cutting down through the flooded creek, then the sketchy at best access in past the slide path. As a club I don't see it being worthwhile for us the Elkford club to maintain it, even if you guys were to ride over your only going to get so far before you hit a plowed logging road on either side of the elk valley
