2004 skidoo 800 HO
sled has a 163" skid out of a XP (powder coated black and orange)
163" by 2 1/4 track non ported off a 2011 XP
8 tooth Avid drivers
custom built tunnel with snow flap and bumper (powdercoated black)
Kerman tapered bars (orange carbon fibre wrap)
Fly Racing risers (powdercoated black)
CR Racing billet throttle block
hand warmers/hi lo switch/ and reverse rewired like the XRS sleds
simmons skis
frog skin vent kit (clutch side)
front suspension is powder coated orange with black spindles
The sled has a total of 2826 mi, but the motor has been rebuilt at 2566mi. (new crank from BRP and two new pistons) only reason for this is its not worth re greasing bearings on the crank, rather just but a whole complete crank in.
This motor is not stock. Modifications include clyinder porting, stock head shaved to 14 to 1. The timing is fully advanced. This motor makes 160 HP at 106 ft lbs of torque. Dynoed at The Mod Shop, and have the dynoed sheets to go with it. Stock single pipe with an MBRP can. Full stock air intake too. You must run AV gas in this sled, and the oil injection is still on it. If you want a reliable sled with good power, this is it. asking 6500 obo NO TRADES
