Jeff, you need to become a landlord baron LOL. Actually, I have a rental suite for the past 7 years and no issues with renting or renters. There is such huge demand for rental homes I think tenants don't want to play games and risk getting the boot. I get people asking me all the time to boot the current tenant out so they can have a place to live LOL.

Mabe it's different in certain areas, but in Alberta I would never ever be a landlord lol



Now it does seem the amount of people here that rent is way more then there so......

Which I will never understand, why pay someone else's mortgage and get dyck sh!t outa it
