Fernie access open at Morrissey

Tembec has finished working at the Morrissey access point and will not be plowing the road any more....so it open to sleds.

Please do NOT take trailers up the road past the parking lots and you may want to carry chains ;the road will be ice on the lower section and there are NO turn around areas.

Fernie Wilderness Adventures will be running their Snocat operation;please respect their area and watch for the Snocat on the road.

And be aware of avalanche risks.....March is the danger month.
