I was on the dumb end of the tape but we thought at worst the back sled skis would stick past rear of the front one a little if they were both 163 or longer. A 154 and a 162 will be ok. Jeff's pretty good at the pre thunking part. I think his is a 28'.

Yah that extra foot should be the ticket.

Its the 1" flat board insulation stuff and the poly/milk board stuff from home depot.. I would of used aluminum skin but it was already lined and insulated..He used truck bed liner on the floor looks like roll on stuff, it seems to be holding up well..

Nice job,
On the cabinets did you weld or bolt the aluminum tubing??
I really have to learn how to weld that stuff, untill then, I will just keep building everything really heavy :(
