No new snow anywhere. Hardpack riding. Might get a little over the weekend, lets hope so.

Lots of fresh new powder behind Avola in areas not closed for cariboo. A group went out last weekend and played for 2 days in it. Its been virtually untouched out here so far this year. Also great areas in the mountains of Vavenby with lots of powder. Just letting anyone know who wants to get in fresh new areas and have lots of fun with no big crowds or trail fees. And i heard there are rooms somewhere around there that are discounted to $40 per night just for sledders.

Don't be silly . You know as well as I do that it is the prebook rate. The sadsack rate anywhere in BC is usually double. However, even that is better than the Sycama rate( seen you coming a mile away ) That is where "Greek Style" pricing takes effect. Rates then usually start around $129 per night and include a nice cold continental breakfast consisting of fresh month old muffins from Costco. For any more information about pricing just ask.

Went into Allen creek today. Lots of people out. Not much for fresh snow. It was starting to snow up top around 4:30when we headed down. Light stuff.
