Engine Fault (FI light) on my 2007 Kingquad 450

As soon as you turn the ignition on a relay clicks (located under the seat toward the back) and the FI (Fault indicated) light comes on. The battery seems fine as it will crank and crank. I pulled all the connections and re-seated them, I have checked all of the fuses and they are ok and I have disconnected the battery for a couple of hours with no change.

Does anyone know how to show the fault codes? there is a description for how to do this for a 700 Kingquad on the Nyroc's website but the wiring must be different on mine as i do not have this same connector.

The only thing I can think of is the fuel pump is not working. When you turn on the key can you hear is running?
