Elkford Accomodations

I'm tagging along for a trip to Elkford from Dec 28-31. I need to book a couple hotel rooms for our group.

I checked out the Elkford Motor Inn and the Hi Rock Motor Inn. It looks like the Motor Inn has been recently renovated. We're a pretty quiet group, so a lively bar is not what we're searching for.

What do you recommend?

If you stay at the far end of the Elkford in (Not over the bar) it's not bad there

Stay at the Elkford Inn like Medler says, a good restaurant right below.

You can sled from the parking lots of either. The Hi-Rock is on the highway and doesn't have a restaurant nor a bar. You pretty much have to drive for breakfast/supper from the Hi-Rock but Chinese is only a block away). The Elkford (with a restaurant) is a stone's throw from the aquatic center and the pool/hot tub. When you phone ask for quiet rooms.

If you keep sleds in trailers and drive to the staging areas, breakfast can be had at the gas station.
