editing or deleting posts

hey I cant seem to find anything on how to edit or delete one of my posts?

Well I would suspect that you do not have permission to delete any posts as this is common on most forums that only moderators and administrators have that ability.
As to editing posts, look in the bottom right corner of your post and you should see an edit button "Edit Post".
