Got my new rails.

Is it easier to remove the entire rear skid assembly or to replace one rail at a time on the sled?

Thanks, Ya that would have been a nightmare doing it on the sled. Looks good now!

Buffed them out with a little 220 grit...

Will work fine. I wouldve put plate on inside for cosmetic reasons. Couldve just tigged up crack and done.

It was a 'government job'... I'll make sure the skid's full of snow before I show it off.

We also thought over-doing it was better than having to re-do it.
