What rpm ar you after and what clicker are you in to obtain that?.. Your belt seams a bit low in primary if your rpm is correct.. Might need to gear down a top tooth

what helix angle is the helix?, your pin weight seams correct for that elevation

Like mentioned above, will need to know helix angles. They won't tell you that I bet. Also keep in mind the oversize rollers add more weight as well. You're probably around 22.5 g total pin weight now.

new sled normal (odo 0-500km) → no problem

BIKEMAN stage2(odo 500-800km) → no problem(response became a good.)

V-force3
y-pipe
muffler
pc5
helixes BMP QRSXP2
primary spring tra blue
secondary tra red
QRSsecondary smooth shift bearing
TRA oversize roller(1mm)

BIKEMAN stage2+bigbore+pin weight (800km)
drive belt don't shift perfectly

sled xm163
0-3000ft
heavy Fresh Snow(2M)

rump normal(441)
TRA oversize roller(1mm)12.5g
helix BMPcut(
I don't know the angle.)

pin weight 22.5→21.9→20.2

It was well until bigbore was put, so I think a problem is the pin weight ?

moter is well( rpm8200,beltshift perfectly )
It's just no problem on the hard snow at flatroad.

I now realize your from Japan.. Maybe we the lingo is different..

all all you need to care about is keeping rpm at 8000.. If your low on rpm then take some pin weight out, add some pin weight if your over revering.. That's easy

If you are on the hard pack there might not be enough load on the motor/clutches to make them shift properly. Same thing as if you where to put it on a stand.

Are you really from Japan?

thanks fredw,neilsleder,slededjr,:eek::eek:

yes from japan.

I think I'll begin the pin weight from 16.5 grams.

How does everyone think?

When I tried to settle this problem by changing the weight of the pin.

You might benefit with a taller top gear, like a 20 or even 21. You should have plenty of power to turn the taller gearing. that way it will put the needed extra load on the cluches to shift fully. Whats the riding like over in Japan?
